MEDFORD, Ore. — A mother and father were killed in a car crash in Medford this weekend, leaving their son, Jordan, without his parents.
Gina Daniels would have celebrated her 27th birthday Sunday.
Hand-written notes, tears, flowers and memories are all this family has left.
The Medford locals were killed early Saturday morning when Daniels car jumped off the road near West Main and Arnold Avenue in Medford.
Officials said it’s not clear who the driver was but two other Medford men were also killed in the crash. 28-year-old Brian Santangelo and 30-year-old Brian Venegas.
Authorities say all three were killed instantly on the scene when the car crashed into some bridge driveway wood.
Jordan’s family is setting up a fund to help the boy get through school.
Authorites said they are still investigating and they’re not sure if alcohol was involved.
